Problem
Exception handling lived in email. New hires could not tell what was blocked, who owned it, or what had already been tried.
Solution
A workspace with shipments, a clear exception state, and an owner on every item that is not moving.
Aether Atlas is a multi-account product. A new team can create a workspace, invite the people who handle exceptions, and see which shipments need a person today.
