Problem
Completion was reported at the end of the day from memory. The office could not tell which sites were done before a customer called.
Solution
A job list that works on a phone, with a large status control and notes that sync back to the office view.
Lumen Field is the screen a technician opens on site and the list the office watches. Jobs have an address, notes, photos, and a status that changes when the work changes.
