Relay Foundry
Client: Relay. 2026
Problem
Inquiries arrived by email and form, then waited. The first response was slow because every message started from a blank page.
Solution
One queue, light classification, and a draft the operator can edit. The model assists. The person sends.
Relay sits in front of a busy inbox. New inquiries are stored, tagged by the kind of work, and given a draft reply. Nothing is sent until someone reads it.
Features
- A single queue for form and mail inquiries
- Type tags for the kind of project
- Draft reply with an edit step
- Archive of what was actually sent
Technology
- Next.js
- TypeScript
- PostgreSQL
- AI
Development process
The rule from the first sketch: the system may draft, it may not send. That constraint decided the interface.
